Experimental Study on Slow Cooling Process of Copper Slag
摘要
Abstract
The slow cooling process of copper smelting slag is crucial and has a significant impact on the subsequent flotation process.In this experiment,the research is conducted on the process indicators related to the slow cooling field of copper slag,and the key factors affecting the slow cooling time are identified,so as to optimize the current slow cooling system and shorten the slow cooling time of slag ladles.Preliminary experimental results show that the spray water volume is one of the important factors affecting the slow cooling effect of slag ladles,and the spray water temperature and quality also affect the slow cooling effect.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the spray process parameters,improve the structure and material of slag ladles,and effectively enhance the slow cooling efficiency and product quality of slag ladles.关键词
