Abstract
Shanghai municipal solid waste collection and transportation system is responsible for the daily production and cleaning of urban solid waste,utilizing inland waterway resources,the waste is transported in a sealed manner by ships and containers to the old port base for harmless treatment,and the return of empty ships and containers results in transportation capacity waste.For the consideration of cost reduction and efficiency improvement,it is necessary to conduct a feasibility study on the two-way logistics of garbage and resource utilization products,and explore the use of return transportation capacity to carry resource utilization products.During this process,the parameters of existing ships and containers are sorted out,and the transportation volume of existing and potential resource-based products in the old port base is calculated,and the corresponding functional modules are developed on the information platform.Simulation shows that the centralized transportation system has the bidirectional logistics capability of waste and resource products,but consideration is needed for economic costs and policy management requirements.关键词
