基于多源数据的城市低效用地识别与潜力测算研究
Research on Identification and Potential Calculation of Inefficient Urban Land Use Based on Multi-Source Data

Abstract
In order to accurately identify and evaluate inefficient land use in cities and improve the efficiency of existing land use,this paper constructs a DRS model inefficient land use identification system based on multi-source data,and obtains the comprehensive score of land use through multi factor superposition method.After identification,there are a total of 330 pieces of low efficiency land in the central urban area of Fuyang city,with a total area of 11 728.27 hm2.During this period,potential calculations were conducted on inefficient land use in the central urban area of Fuyang city,and a potential calculation system was established.The results show that the absolute potential scale of inefficient land use in the central urban area of Fuyang city is 542.33 hm2,and the exploitable economic potential is 6 789.008 2 million yuan,indicating a significant potential for both scale and economic development.The research on the identification and potential calculation of inefficient land use in the central urban area of Fuyang city based on multi-source data can help improve the accuracy of inefficient land use identification and provide new methods for the refined management of urban land resources,which has high reference value.关键词
