摘要
Abstract
Xizang Autonomous Region(Xizang for short)is making use of its rich clean energy resources to build a national clean energy base.The clean energy power generation industry in Xizang has developed rapidly,the installed capacity,power generation and power consumption of clean energy have all achieved rapid growth,but it also faces challenges such as weak infrastructure,policy constraints,energy limitations and investment shortages.In the future,in order to realize the sustainable development of clean energy power generation industry,Xizang needs to handle the relationship between clean energy development and environmental protection;pay attention to the consumption of clean energy and reduce the waste of water,wind,and solar energy;establish sound financial and tax policies for the development of clean energy,and establish a safeguard mechanism;vigorously develop green finance and support the demand for clean energy investment and financing.关键词
