宫颈癌根治术后感染相关危险因素分析
Analysis of Relevant Risk Factors for Postoperative Infection in Cervical Cancer Radical Surgery

Abstract
Objective To collect clinical information on postoperative infections in cervical cancer patients undergoing radical surgery at Xuzhou Medical University Affiliated Suqian Hospital,assess related risk factors,and provide data support for preventing postoperative infections.Methods Clinical data of cervical cancer patients from January 2018 to December 2023 at Xuzhou Medical University Affiliated Suqian Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Collect surgical incision secretions,blood cultures,urine cultures,and other samples for bacterial identification and analysis,and univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were conducted for cases diagnosed with infections.The correlation between various factors and postoper-ative infections was statistically analyzed.Results Among the 200 patients,18 cases of postoperative infection occurred,with an infection rate of 9%.The severity of the infection site was in the order of surgical incision,urethral opening,and vagina.The pathogens identified included Gram-positive bacteria,Gram-negative bacteria,and fungi.Univariate analysis showed that age,disease stage,chemotherapy status,anemia status,catheterization duration,antibiotic application strategy,and diabetes history were significantly correlated with postoperative infection(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis indicated that age,disease stage,chemotherapy status,anemia,and catheterization duration were independent risk factors for postoperative nosocomial infec-tion.Conclusion Radical surgery for cervical cancer is prone to nosocomial infections.The pathogens causing infections are diverse,and multiple risk factors contribute to the occurrence of infections.Based on the results,relevant preventive measures can be developed to reduce the incidence of postopera-tive infections.关键词
