The Impact of Antenatal Care Based on Planned Behavior Theory Combined with Risk Classification Early Warning Management on Birth Outcomes and Maternity Blues in High-Risk Pregnant Women

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of antenatal care based on planned behavior theory combined with risk classification early warning management on birth outcomes and maternity blues in high-risk pregnant women.Methods A total of 1192 high-risk pregnant women admitted to Yuncheng Central Hospital Affiliated to Shanxi Medical University from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group adopted routine maternal management,and the research group adopted pregnancy health care combined with risk classification early warning management based on the theory of planned behavior.Birth outcomes and postpartum depression were compared between the two groups.Results Vagi-nal delivery in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Postpartum hemorrhage,hospitalization in ICU,and neonatal asphyxia in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the 7-day survival of newborns in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After delivery,the scores of Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale(EPDS),submission,and avoidance were all decreased in both groups,and the individual confidence in solving problems,achieving goals,and coping with things,total score,and facing score were all increased,especially in the study group(P<0.05)..Conclusion Pregnancy health care combined with risk classification early warning management based on planned behavior theory has a positive impact on the delivery outcome and postpartum depression of high-risk pregnant women during pregnancy.关键词
