Effect of Human Albumin Combined with Goal-Directed Fluid Therapy on Blood Gas Status and Inflammatory Response Levels in Patients with Septic Shock with Ards

Abstract
Objective To analyse the therapeutic effect of human albumin combined with goal-directed fluid therapy in patients with septic shock with respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Methods A retrospective study analysis method was used.The data related to 102 patients with septic shock with ARDS attending the People's Hospital of Langshui County,Jiangsu Province were reviewed.They were grouped according to their different treatment programs,50 cases in the control group,applying goal-directed fluid therapy;52 cases in the observation group,applying human albumin on the treatment program of the control group;and comparing the treatment effect,blood gas analysis and inflammation expression of the two groups.Results The 6 h and 24 h rehydration rate of 82.69%and 92.31%in the observation group was higher than that of 56.00%and 74.00%in the con-trol group,and the time of early volume attainment,24 h rehydration volume,time of vasoactive drug use,and time of mechanical ventilation were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The albumin content of the observation group for 24 h of treatment was higher than that of the control group,the partial pressure of arterial oxygen(PaO2)and central venous oxygen saturation for 24 h of treatment were higher than that of the control group,and serum inflammation was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Human albumin combined with goal-directed fluid therapy improves early rehydration compliance,improves their blood gas analysis and reduces the level of inflammatory expression in patients with septic shock with ARDS,and is worth applying.关键词
