Analysis of Perinatal Influencing Factors on Neurobehavioral Development of Early and Late Term Small-for-Gestational-Age Infants Based on Logistic Regression Equations and Intervention Countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the perinatal influencing factors of neurobehavioral development of early and late full-term small-for-gestational-age infants based on Logistic regression equations, and to propose relevant intervention countermeasures. Methods We retrospectively collected early and late full-term infants delivered in Xingtai Third Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 as the observation group, and retrospectively collected healthy full-term infants delivered in Xingtai Third Hospital in the same time period as the control group, and compared the scores of the Chinese version of the Hammersmith(HINE)scale in the first 3 to 7 days after birth of the two groups, and classified them into a good and a poor group according to the scores of the HINE scale.Based on the HINE scale scores, the observation group was divided into the neurobe-havioral development good group and the poor group, and the perinatal data of mothers and infants of the two groups were com-pared,and the indicators of the differences were analyzed by the multivariate logistic regression model,so as to clarify the peri-natal factors affecting the neurobehavioral development of the early and late full-term infants and to formulate the corresponding intervention measures. Results A total of 148 early and late term infants were included in the observation group, and 150 healthy term infants were included in the control group. The HINE scores and total scores of cranial nerves, muscle tone,move-ment,posture,reflexes and responses of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).25 cases of neurobehavioral dysplasia were included in the poor group among the 148 early and late term infants, which accounted for 16.89%,and the remaining 123 cases of good develop-ment were included in the good group, which accounted for 83.11%.There were statistically significant differ-ences between the poor and good groups in terms of birth weight, the presence of hyperbilirubinemia, the presence of perinatal infections in the pregnant mother, and the presence of hyperemesis gravidarum(P<0.05).Logis-tic regression analysis showed that birth weight, bilirubinemia, perinatal infections in the pregnant mother, and hyperemesis gravidarum were risk factors for neurobehavioral development of the early and late term small-for-gestational-age infants(OR value>1,P<0.05).Conclusion The factors affecting the neurobehavioral development of early and late term infants include birth weight, bilirubinemia, perinatal infection and hyperemesis gravidarum, which need to be combined with the above factors to screen high-risk infants and carry out targeted interventions in order to improve their developmental outcomes.关键词
