脉搏血氧灌注指数联合血清bFGF对早产儿视网膜病变诊断价值及与病理分期的关系
Observation on the Efficacy of Adrenal Cortical Hormones Combined with the Yin-Nourishing,Heat-Clearing and Detoxifying Prescription in the Treatment of Major Recurrent Aphthous Ulcers and Its Impact on the Levels of Inflammatory Factors

Abstract
Objective To study the diagnostic value of pulse oxygenation perfusion index(PI)combined with serum basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)in the diagnosis of retinopathy of prematurity(ROP)and its relationship with pathological stage.Methods A total of 103 children with ROP who visited Changzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from Janu-ary 2022 to December 2023 were selected for study,and they were recorded as the observation group.The severity of ROP was staged as follows:26 cases in stage Ⅰ,40 cases in stage Ⅱ,23 cases in stage Ⅲ,14 cases in stage Ⅳ.An additional 100 healthy fetuses delivered during the same period at the hospital were selected as the control group.The general data of the two groups were compared,and PI and serum bFGF levels were assessed.The relationship between different pathological stages and PI,as well as serum bFGF levels,was analyzed.Logistic regression was used to evaluate the risk factors for the occurrence of ROP,and ROC curve analysis was performed to determine the diagnostic value of PI and serum bFGF for ROP..Results The body weight of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).No significant differences were observed be-tween the two groups in terms of gender,gestational age,delivery mode,and fetal condition(P>0.05).The levels of PI and serum bFGF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In stage Ⅰ,the levels of PI and serum bFGF were higher than those in the other stages.The levels of PI and serum bFGF in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ were lower than those in stage Ⅱ,with stage Ⅳ being lower than stage Ⅲ(P<0.05).Spearman's analysis found a negative correlation between the pathological stage and both PI and bFGF.Logistic regression revealed that PI and bFGF were risk factors influencing the occurrence of ROP.The combination of PI and serum bFGF had a higher diagnostic value for ROP compared to individual testing(Z=3.244,3.208;P=0.005,0.008),with an AUC of 0.948,sensitivity of 96.27％,and specificity of 84.18％.Conclusion PI combined with serum bFGF has a high diagnostic value in children with ROP and is closely related to the pathological stage.It can better diagnose the pathological stage of ROP and deserves clinical attention.关键词
