血清NT-proBNP联合系统性免疫炎症指数对高血压伴慢性心力衰竭患者预后的评估价值
The Evaluation Value of Serum NT-proBNP Combined with Systemic Immune-Inflammatory Index in the Prognosis of Patients with Hypertension Complicated by Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract
Objective To explore the evaluation value of serum N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)combined with the systemic immune-inflammation index(SⅡ)in the prognosis of patients with hypertension accom-panied by chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 120 patients with hypertension and CHF(hypertension with CHF group)who were admitted to Yinchuan Third People's Hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 and 50 healthy people(healthy control group)who came to the hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the research objects.The patients with hypertension and CHF were divided into the poor prognosis group(n=33)and the good prognosis group(n=87)according to their prognosis.The serum NT-proBNP was detected and the SⅡ was calculated.Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between serum NT-proBNP and SⅡ and the prognosis of patients with hypertension and CHF.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the evaluation value of the combi-nation of serum NT-proBNP and SⅡ.Results Compared with the healthy control group,the serum NT-proBNP and SⅡ in the hypertension with CHF group were both increased(P<0.05).Compared with the good prognosis group,the serum NT-proB-NP and SⅡ in the poor prognosis group were both increased(P<0.05).The increase in NT-proBNP and the increase in SⅡ were independent risk factors for the poor prognosis of patients with hypertension and CHF(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)for evaluating the poor prognosis of patients with hypertension and CHF by the combination of serum NT-proBNP and SⅡ was 0.870,which was higher than the separate evaluation values of serum NT-proBNP(0.773)and SⅡ(0.788)(P<0.05).Con-clusion The increase in serum NT-proBNP and SⅡ in patients with hypertension and CHF is related to their poor prognosis.The combination of serum NT-proBNP and SⅡ has a high evaluation value.关键词
