老年急性缺血性卒中患者血清PON-1、KLF-2水平与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性的关系
Serum PON-1 and KLF-2 Levels and Their Relationship with Carotid Atherosclerotic Plaque Stability in Elderly Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum paraoxonase-1(PON-1)and Krüppel-like fac-tor-2(KLF-2)levels and the stability of carotid atherosclerotic(CAS)plaques in elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods A total of 120 elderly AIS patients with CAS plaques admitted to Xian County Hospital of Traditional Chi-nese Medicine,Hebei Province,between January 2022 and June 2024 were included in the study.Based on carotid ultrasound examination,patients were classified into an unstable plaque group(n=51)and a stable plaque group(n=69).Serum PON-1 and KLF-2 levels were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The stability of CAS plaques in elderly AIS patients was set as the dependent variable,and multivariate logistic regression was used to identify its influencing factors.Receiver op-erating characteristic(ROC)curves were plotted to analyze the predictive efficacy of serum PON-1 and KLF-2 levels.Results The instability rate of CAS plaques in elderly AIS patients was 42.50%(51/120).Diabetes mellitus and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were independent risk factors for unstable CAS plaques,while PON-1 and KLF-2 were independent pro-tective factors(P<0.05 for all).The area under the curve(AUC)for the combined prediction of serum PON-1 and KLF-2 levels for unstable CAS plaques was 0.892,which was greater than the AUC for the individual prediction of PON-1 and KLF-2 levels(P<0.05 for all).Conclusion Decreased serum PON-1 and KLF-2 levels are closely related to CAS plaque instability in elderly AIS patients,and their combined detection has high predictive value.关键词
