口腔癌游离皮瓣修复患者术后生存质量影响因素调查研究
The Investigation on the Influencing Factors of Postoperative Quality of Life in Patients with Oral Cancer Repaired by Free Flap

Abstract
Objective To investigate the quality of life in patients after oral cancer free flap repair and its influenc-ing factors.Methods A total of 180 patients who underwent oral cancer free flap repair in Nanjing Stomatological Hospital were included.The postoperative quality of life was investigated,and various data were collected.The difference of postoperative quality of life for patients with different baseline data was compared,and the influencing factors of postoperative quality of life were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results Quality of life(QOL)scores in pain,emotion,shoulder function,shape,mastication,and activity were higher 3 months after surgery than before surgery,and the total QOL score was higher(P<0.05);Univariate and multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,education level,clinical stage,neck dissection,defect scope,postoperative chemotherapy,and postoperative radiotherapy were the influencing factors of patients'quality of life(P<0.05),while marital status was not(P>0.05).Conclusion Quality of life after oral cancer free flap repair is improved compared with that before surgery.Age,education level,clinical stage,neck dissection,defect scope,and other factors are related to the postop-erative quality of life,so targeted intervention measures can be developed on this basis to improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
