胰腺癌术后吉西他滨辅助治疗的化疗耐药特征及预后相关性分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between chemotherapy resistance and clinical characteristics in patients receiving gemcitabine adjuvant therapy after pancreatic cancer surgery,as well as its impact on patient prognosis.Methods Clinical data of 100 patients diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in Changzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were collected,and the correlation between chemotherapy resistance and clinical char-acteristics or patient prognosis was retrospectively analyzed.Results Tumor size may be a key factor affecting chemotherapy resistance(HR=3.75,P<0.000 1).Patients in the chemotherapy resistance group had a poorer overall survival(HR=15.82,P<0.000 1);patients with smaller tumors(diameter≤4 cm)had a higher overall survival(HR=3.75,P<0.000 1)than those with larger tumors(diameter>4 cm).Conclusion The development of chemotherapy resistance exacerbates the prognosis of pancreatic cancer patients.Tumor size may be a key factor affecting chemotherapy resistance.关键词
