针刺联合温肾活血汤灌肠治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的疗效及对血液流变学、粘连程度和炎性因子的影响
The Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Wen Shen Huo Xue Decoction Enema on Tubal Obstructive Infertility and Its Impact on Hemorheology,Adhesion Degree,and Inflammatory Factors

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of acupuncture combined with Wen Shen Huo Xue decoction enema in the treatment of tubal obstructive infertility,as well as its effects on hemorheology,adhesion degree,and inflammatory factors.Methods Eighty patients with tubal obstructive infertility were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic tubal plastic surgery,while the observation group received acupuncture combined with Wen Shen Huo Xue decoction enema after surgery.The treatment lasted for 3 courses.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,hemorheology,adhesion indicators,and inflammatory factor levels were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group showed lower values of whole blood viscosity(BV),plasma viscosity(PV),fibrinogen(FIB),and hematocrit(HCT)compared to the control group(P<0.05).The levels of hyaluronic acid(HA),PⅢNP,and laminin(LN)in the observation group were also lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the levels of inflammatory fac-tors,including hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin 6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Wen Shen Huo Xue decoction enema is effective in treating tubal obstructive infertility.It can improve clinical efficacy,reduce TCM syndrome scores,blood rheology,adhesion degree,and levels of inflammatory factors.关键词
