柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病合并快速型心律失常疗效观察
Combined Therapy of Bupleurum Plus Longgu Muli Decoction with Metoprolol for Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Tachyarrhythmias

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Bupleurum plus Longgu Muli Decoction combined with Me-toprolol in treating coronary heart disease complicated with tachyarrhythmias.Methods A retrospective analysis was con-ducted on 100 patients with CHD and arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024.The patients were divided into two groups based on the treatment method:the control group(52 cases)received metoprolol alone,while the ob-servation group(48 cases)received Bupleurum plus Longgu Muli Decoction with modifications in combination with metoprolol.Clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptom scores,cardiac function,Holter electrocar-diography,and hemorheological parameters were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate in the obser-vation group reached 94.2%,notably surpassing the 79.1%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed a reduction in TCM symptom scores,with the observation group scoring significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group demonstrated a significant improvement in left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and cardiac output(CO)compared to the control group,along with a significant reduction in left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)(P<0.05).No notable difference was found in the rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Bupleurum plus Longgu Muli Decoction with metoprolol in the treatment of CHD complicated by rapid arrhythmia can enhance clinical efficacy,alleviate clinical symptoms,improve cardiac function,with satisfied safety.关键词
