肾上腺皮质激素联合滋阴清热解毒方治疗重型阿弗他溃疡的疗效观察及对炎症因子水平的影响
Observation on the Efficacy of Adrenal Cortical Hormones Combined with the Yin-Nourishing,Heat-Clearing and Detoxifying Prescription in the Treatment of Major Recurrent Aphthous Ulcers and Its Impact on the Levels of Inflammatory Factors

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of adrenal cortical hormones(ACH)combined with the Yin-nourishing,heat-clearing,and detoxifying prescription in the treatment of major recurrent aphthous ulcers(MjAU)and its impact on in-flammatory factors.Methods The therapeutic effects of MjAU were evaluated by observing the clinical indicators and the levels of inflammatory factors before and after the treatment with ACH and ACH combined with the Yin-nourishing,heat-clear-ing,and detoxifying prescription.Results Compared with ACH alone,the combined treatment with the Yin-nourishing,heat-clearing,and detoxifying prescription could effectively improve clinical indicators such as the number of ulcers,the time for improvement in eating,the time for pain disappearance,the average ulcer stage,and the ulcer surface healing time of pa-tients(P<0.05),reduce the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of patients'pain(P<0.000 1),and significantly reduce the lev-els of TNF-α and IL-6 inflammatory factors(P<0.000 1).Conclusion The combination of ACH and the Yin-nourishing,heat-clearing,and detoxifying prescription in the treatment of MjAU has advantages in improving clinical symptoms,effectively relieving the pain at the ulcer sites of patients,and enhancing long-term effects.关键词
