吸入布地奈德联合维生素D对儿童肥胖型哮喘的治疗效果与肺功能的影响
Therapeutic Effect and Impact on Pulmonary Function of Budesonide Inhalation Combined with Vitamin D in Obese Asthmatic Children

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of budesonide inhalation combined with vitamin D on obese asthmatic children and its impact on pulmonary function.Methods A total of 119 obese asthmatic children admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected and divided into two groups.There were 58 cases in the control group who received budesonide inhalation treatment,and 61 cases in the observation group who were given budesonide inhalation combined with vitamin D treatment.The therapeutic effect,pulmonary ventilation function,inflammation level,Childhood Asthma Control Test(C-ACT)score and adverse reactions were evaluated.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(88.52%vs 72.41%,P<0.05).After treatment,the pul-monary function indexes such as Peak Expiratory Flow(PEF),Forced Expiratory Volume in the first second(FEV1)and Forced Vital Capacity(FVC)in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of inflammatory markers Fractional Exhaled Nitric Oxide(FeNO),Interleukin-17(IL-17)and Tumor Necrosis Factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the C-ACT score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Budesonide inhalation combined with vitamin D can improve the therapeutic effect of obese asthmatic children,improve pulmonary function and asthma con-trol,and has good safety,providing a new treatment idea for clinical treatment.关键词
