摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of ferric carboxymaltose combined with BIPAP ventilator on patients with acute heart failure.Methods A total of 62 patients with acute heart failure,admitted to Linshui County Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to April 2024,were randomly divided into an observation group(n=31)and a control group(n=31)according to hospital admission numbers.The control group was treated with BIPAP ventilator,while the observation group was treated with the combination of ferric carboxymaltose and BIPAP ventilator.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function,plasma B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),blood pressure,blood gas analysis,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(93.55%vs 74.19%,χ2=4.29,P=0.04).After treatment,the heart rate,respiratory rate,blood pressure,BNP,left ventric-ular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV),partial pressure of carbon dioxide in arterial blood(PaCO2),partial pressure of oxygen in arterial blood(PaO2),and oxygen saturation of hemoglobin in arterial blood(SaO2)of the two groups were significantly improved.The PaCO2 decreased,while the PaO2 and SaO2 increased,and the observation group was su-perior to the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ferric carboxymaltose and BIPAP ventilator has a good effect in treating patients with acute heart failure.It can ef-fectively improve the symptoms of heart failure,stabilize blood pressure,blood gas,and cardiac function,and has certain clinical application value.
