Abstract
The construction of a skill based society drives the modern transformation of rural society,which includes the humanistic logic,social logic,and urban-rural relationship logic of skill driven rural society modern transformation.In terms of practical framework and specific methods,the construction of a skilled society provides structural strength for the modern transformation of rural society by promoting the modern transformation of rural social connections,upgrading production organization methods,and guiding the reshaping of rural lifestyles.To promote the transformation of the achievements of skill based society construction into the driving force of rural modern transformation through specific actions such as rural revitalization strategy,it is necessary to embed a government mechanism for skill based society construction that adapts to the rural social context,connect the market mechanism for skill based society construction centered on farmers'needs,and match the social mechanism for skill based society construction that matches the modern transformation of rural society.A highly inclusive skills order,a highly comprehensive skills system,highly free skills learning opportunities,and a highly open skills spirit are the imaginations of a future rural skills based society.关键词
