摘要

Abstract

The high quality development of vocational undergraduate education personnel training is a kind of internal and external collaborative development with quality as the core,showing the basic characteristics of the training goal from single skill to composite ability,the training content from point fragments to overall integration,the training process from cross-border cooperation to cross-border reconstruction,and the training evaluation from form evaluation to substantive evaluation.From the perspective of value logic,the value base of"realistic person",the value driving force of"main body connection",the value norm of"system standard"and the value purport of"co-growth"are the value purport of high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education talents training.Based on this,to achieve the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education personnel training,we should clarify the training orientation,strengthen the integration of theory and practice,promote collaborative education and targeted quality evaluation.
