Abstract
On the basis of discussing the connotation of new smart city,this paper introduces the current situation of new smart city construction in Guangzhou,and makes an in-depth analysis of the aspects of smart economy,smart environment,infrastructure,smart life,smart transportation and smart technology,and then constructs a set of scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for new smart city in Guangzhou.The entropy weight-TOPSIS-obstacle degree model is used for empirical analysis,and the corresponding improvement strategies are proposed for the construction of a new smart city in Guangzhou.关键词
