亚麻籽胶对白钨矿和方解石浮选分离的影响及作用机理
Effect of flaxseed gum on flotation separation of scheelite and calcite and action mechanism

Abstract
Scheelite and calcite have similar physical and chemical properties,and the same adsorption particle,which leads to the difficulty of flotation separation.The effect of flaxseed gum on the floatability of scheelite and calcite was studied by flotation experiments of single mineral and artificial mixed mineral.The selective depression mechanism of flaxseed gum was revealed by infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The results show that flaxseed gum has a selective depression effect on calcite.When pH=9.0 and the mass concentration of flaxseed gum is 20 mg/L,the floatability difference between scheelite and calcite is the largest in the sodium oleate collector system.Besides,the recovery difference between scheelite and calcite is as high as 88%-90%.Meanwhile,the flaxseed gum as a depressant has the advantage of high selectivity and small dosage.The flaxseed gum mainly relies on hydroxyl groups to complex with Ca2+adsorption sites on the surface of calcite,and preventing the interaction between sodium oleate and calcite by preoccupying the adsorption site.Moreover,the adsorption strength of flaxseed gum on the surface of calcite is stronger than that on scheelite,which has a stronger depression effect on calcite and expands the difference in floatability between scheelite and calcite.关键词
