超声表面滚压处理对7075铝合金摩擦磨损性能的影响
Effect of ultrasonic surface rolling process on dry friction and wear properties of 7075 aluminum alloy

Abstract
A gradient nanostructure was formed on the surface of 7075 high-strength aluminum alloy using ultrasonic surface rolling process(USRP)to significantly improve the wear resistance of the alloy.The characterization methods such as optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and transmission electron microscope(TEM)were used to study the variation rules of friction and wear performance of 7075 aluminum alloy with different rolling passes under different friction loads during dry sliding friction,and the wear mechanism of surface nanostructuring was elucidated.The results show that the surface deformation layer's thickness and microhardness of 7075 aluminum alloy increase,and the surface roughness gradually decreases with the increase of rolling passes.The coefficient of friction and the wear volume of 7075 aluminum alloy are significantly reduced with the increase of rolling passes,and the friction resistance performance is significantly improved.The amorphous structure generated on the surface of USRP samples during friction and wear is one of the main reasons for the improvement of its friction and wear resistance.The frictional wear mechanism changes from abrasive wear and adhesive wear to adhesive wear for the USRP treated 7075 alloy.关键词
