羟考酮联合七氟烷面罩吸入在小儿无痛纤维支气管镜检查术中的应用效果
Application Effect of Oxycodone Combined with Sevoflurane Mask Inhalation in Painless Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy in Children

Abstract
Objective:To explore the combined application effect of Oxycodone and Sevoflurane mask inhalation in painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy in children.Method:A total of 62 children who underwent painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy in Children's Hospital Affiliated to Jiangnan University from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and they were randomly divided into two groups by using the random number table method.The control group(30 cases)received Sevoflurane mask inhalation,while the study group(32 cases)received combination of Oxycodone.The quality of recovery,adverse reactions,hemodynamics and oxidative stress were compared between the two groups.Result:The recovery time and respiratory recovery time of the study group were earlier than the control group,the agitation score was lower than the control group,and the Ramsay sedation score was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 5 min before anesthesia induction(T1)and 5 min after anesthesia(T2),there were no significant differences in systolic blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The heart rate and systolic blood pressure at T2 were lower than those at T1,the systolic blood pressure and heart rate at 5 min after admission(T3)were higher than those at T2,and the systolic blood pressure and heart rate at 1 h after withdrawal(T4)were higher than those at T3,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At T3,systolic blood pressure and heart rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and at T4,systolic blood pressure and heart rate were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At T4,the levels of norepinephrine(NE)and cortisol(Cor)in the two groups were higher than those at T3,but the levels of NE and Cor in research group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Oxycodone combined with Sevoflurane mask inhalation in painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy in children is good,which can significantly stabilize the hemodynamics of children,alleviate oxidative stress stimulation,improve awakening quality,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions during the examination process.关键词
