Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Piperacillin Sodium Tazobactam combined with Budesonide and Terbutaline Nebulizer therapy in patients with severe pneumonia.Method:A total of 80 patients with severe pneumonia confirmed in the Third People's Hospital of Yancheng City were enrolled from December 2018 to December 2023.According to simple random grouping method,they were divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The basic group treated with Piperacillin Sodium Tazobactam,and the combination group treated with Piperacillin Sodium Tazobactam combined with Budesonide and Terbutaline nebulizer therapy,all were treated for 2 weeks.The scores of pulmonary inflammation,serum inflammatory indexes[procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC)]and blood gas indexes[blood oxygen saturation(SaO2),partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)]before and after treatment,clinical curative effect,disappearance time of symptoms,length of hospital stay time and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the combination group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than 75.00% of basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,the pulmonary inflammation scores of both groups were decreased,and the combination group was lower than the basic group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PCT,CRP and WBC in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the indexes in the combination group was lower than the basic group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,SaO2 and PaO2 were increased in both groups,and the indexes in the combination group were higher than those in the basic group,while PaCO2 in the combination group was lower than that in the basic group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay and the disappearance time of fever and expectoration in the combination group were better than those in the basic group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was 10.00%,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the basic group was 15.00%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Piperacillin Sodium Tazobactam combined with Budesonide and Terbutaline nebulizer therapy can significantly improve clinical curative effect in patients with severe pneumonia,maintain blood oxygen stability and reduce inflammatory response.关键词
