甘精胰岛素利司那肽治疗代谢综合征的效果
Effect of Insulin Glargine and Lixisenatide in the Treatment of Metabolic Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Insulin Glargine and Lixisenatide in patients with metabolic syndrome.Method:A total of 100 patients with metabolic syndrome treated in Nantong Sixth People's Hospital from February to June 2024 were included in the study.According to the computer random coding method,they were divided into control group(n=50)and combined group(n=50).On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was given Metformin;the combined group was given Insulin Glargine and Lixisenatide.The changes in blood pressure[systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)],blood glucose[fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)],blood lipids[high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and triglycerides(TG)],and oxygen free radicals[superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)]levels were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the levels of SBP,DBP,FPG,2 h PG,HbA1c,TG,LDL-C,and MDA in both groups decreased,and the levels in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of HDL-C and SOD in both groups increased,and the levels in the combined group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Insulin Glargine and Lixisenatide can effectively control blood glucose and blood pressure in patients with metabolic syndrome,and improve blood lipid metabolism and oxygen free radical levels in patients.关键词
