Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of Remimazolam on anaesthesia effect,safety and haemodynamics in patients undergoing thyroid surgery.Method:A total of 64 patients undergoing thyroid surgery who admitted to Ganyu District People's Hospital in Lianyungang City from January 2020 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.Two groups were induced by the same anesthesia method,the control group was treated with Midazolam,and the observation group was given Remimazolam,the anesthetic effect,hemodynamics[blood pressure,heart rate(HR),blood oxygen saturation(SpO2)],stress response[cortisol(Cor),epinephrine(E),hydrogen peroxide(H2O2),malondialdehyde(MDA)]and safety were compared between two groups.Result:The times of eye opening,tracheal extubation,postanesthesia care unit(PACU)stay and consciousness recovery in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the Ramsay score at 1 h after operation was higher than that in the control group,and the numeric rating scale(NRS)score at 1 h after operation was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);at 15 min after anesthesia,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and HR of two groups were increased,but those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after operation,the levels of E,H2O2,Cor and MDA in two groups were increased,but those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions and SpO2 at 15 min after anesthesia between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Remimazolam in the anesthesia induction of thyroid surgery can improve the anesthesia effect and safety,and has little effect on the hemodynamics of patients,and can alleviate the stress response.关键词
