Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Amisulpride combined with Escitalopram on depressive symptoms and cognitive function in patients with depression.Method:A total of 86 patients with depression in Chibi Aixin Mental Hospital from July 2021 to April 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Escitalopram,and the experimental group was treated with Amisulpride combined with Escitalopram.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,the depression degree of patients was evaluated by Hamilton depression scale(HAMD-17),the anxiety degree of patients was evaluated by Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),and the cognitive function of patients was evaluated by repeatable battery for the assessment of neuropsychological status(RBANS)and trail making test-A(TMT-A).The differences in efficacy between the two groups were compared,and the adverse reactions were statistically analyzed.Result:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of experimental group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,HAMD-17 scores and HAMA scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and HAMD-17 score and HAMA score after treatment of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the RBANS scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the TMT-A value were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the RBANS score after treatment of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the TMT-A value was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Amisulpride combined with Escitalopram can more effectively relieve the symptoms of depression and anxiety,improve the cognitive function,improve the curative effect,and have good safety.关键词
