Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Acetylcysteine combined with Budesonide atomization inhalation in the treatment of patients with pneumonia.Method:A total of 78 patients with pneumonia who admitted to Ningde Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into the study group(n=39)and the control group(n=39)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Budesonide atomization inhalation,and the study group was treated with Acetylcysteine combined with Budesonide atomization inhalation.The clinical efficacy,symptom remission time,hospitalization time,blood gas indexes,inflammatory factors,airway remodeling factors and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the time of temperature returned to normal,lung rales disappeared,chest pain disappeared,cough and expectoration disappeared and the hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2),pH value and oxygenation index[PaO2/fraction of inspired oxysen(FiO2)]of the two groups were increased,and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)were decreased,the PaO2,SaO2,pH value and PaO2/FiO2 of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and PaCO2 was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),procalcitonin(PCT),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)in the two groups were decreased,and the levels of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)were increased,the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,PCT,MCP-1 and IFN-γ in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of TGF-β1 was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acetylcysteine combined with Budesonide atomization inhalation in the treatment of pneumonia can improve the clinical effect,shorten the symptom remission time,hospitalization time,improve blood gas indexes,reduce the inflammatory factors levels,improve airway remodeling factors,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
