Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect on efficacy and bone metabolism of Jianpi Anshen Decoction on diabetes mellitus with osteoporosis.Method:A total of 66 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis who admitted to Qingzhou Municipal Hospital from April 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional glucose-lowering therapy+Calcium Carbonate D3 Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Anshen Decoction on the basis of the control group,two groups were treated continuously for 4 months.The clinical efficacy of two groups were evaluated,and the bone metabolism indexes[blood calcium(Ca),blood phosphorus(P),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)],bone mineral density(BMD),blood glucose indexes[fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)]before treatment and 4 months after treatment(after treatment)were compared between two groups,and the adverse reactions were recorded.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of Ca,ALP and BMD in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of P,FPG and 2 h PG in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Anshen Decoction can improve the clinical efficacy of diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis patients,control blood glucose level,regulate bone metabolism,and will not increase adverse reactions.关键词
