Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of transurethral plasma enucleation of prostate(TUERP)combined with Tamsulosin,Finasteride in the treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Method:A total of 75 BPH patients who admitted to the Department of Urology of Fuzhou Second General Hospital from May 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group(n=37,TUERP)and the observation group(n=38,Tamsulosin and Finasteride on the basis of the control group)according to the random number table method.The urinary function[prostate volume,maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax),residual urine volume(RUV)],severity of lower urinary tract symptoms[international prostate symptom score(IPSS)],erectile function[international index of erectile function(IIEF-5)]and serum indexes[serum total prostate specific antigen(tPSA),free prostate specific antigen(fPSA)and fPSA/tPSA]were compared between two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in the urinary function,severity of lower urinary tract symptoms,erectile function and serum indexes between two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the prostate volume,RUV,IPSS score,tPSA and fPSA in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,while Qmax,IIEF-5 score and fPSA/tPSA were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TUERP combined with Tamsulosin,Finasteride in the treatment of patients with BPH can effectively improve Qmax,reduce prostate volume and RUV,and improve sexual function.关键词
