Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of Levonorgestrel-releasing Intrauterine System for adjuvant treatment of patients undergoing surgery for endometrial polyps.Method:A total of 80 cases of patients with endometrial polyps undergoing surgery diagnosed by hysteroscopic in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Beijing Fengtai Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected.40 cases of patients in the control group were received adjuvant treated with Dydrogesterone Tablets,and 40 cases of patients in the observation group were received adjuvant treatment with Levonorgestrel-releasing Intrauterine System.The clinical efficacy,endometrial thickness,endocrine indexes,menstrual symptoms,menstrual period and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate was 95.00% in the observation group,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months,6 months and 12 months after treatment,the endometrial thickness of the two groups were smaller than those before treatment,and the endometrial thickness in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)levels between the two groups at 3 months,6 months and 12 months after treatment(P>0.05);and there were no significant differences in the indexes between the two groups at different time(P>0.05).At 3 months,6 months and 12 months after treatment,both menstrual symptoms and menstrual period in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the score of pictorial blood loss assessment chart(PBAC)was lower and menstrual period was shorter in the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 12 months after treatment,the recurrence rate was 0 in the observation group and 15.00% in the control group,the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The adjuvant therapy of Levonorgestrel-releasing Intrauterine System after the operation of endometrial polyps can improve the curative effect of patients,reduce the endometrial thickness,reduce the influence on endocrine indicators,improve menstrual symptoms and periods,as well as reduce recurrence.关键词
