Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Montmorillonite Powder combined with Bifidobacterium Tetravalent Live Bacteria in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis(AGE).Method:A total of 60 patients with AGE who admitted to the Department of Emergency Medicine of Jiangyin People's Hospital from March 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Two groups were given symptomatic treatment such as bed rest,rehydration,correction of electrolyte,etc,the control group was given oral Montmorillonite Powder,and the study group was given oral Bifidobacterium Tetravalent Live Bacteria Tablets on the basis of the control group,two groups were treated for 3 d.The remission times of clinical symptoms(diarrhea,abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting),curative effect,stool frequency,stool trait score,immune function(CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+)were compared between two groups.Result:The remission times of diarrhea,abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting in the study group were earlier than those in the control group,the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the stool frequency in the study group after treatment was less than that in the control group,the stool trait score was lower than that in the control group,and CD4+and CD4+/CD8+were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Montmorillonite Powder combined with Bifidobacterium Tetravalent Live Bacteria can shorten clinical symptoms relief time,improve therapeutic effects,reduce stool frequency and stool trait scores,and improve immune function in AGE patients.关键词
