Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Ointment combined with U-shaped catheterization of lacrimal passage in the treatment of patients with upper lacrimal passage obstruction.Method:A total of 100 patients with upper lacrimal passage obstruction who admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology of Suzhou Kowloon Hospital from January 2019 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,they were randomly divided into the study group(n=50)and the control group(n=50).The study group was treated with Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Ointment combined with U-shaped catheterization of lacrimal passage,and the control group were treated with U-shaped catheterization of lacrimal passage,the clinical efficacy,tear secretion,tear film rupture time and complication rate were compared between two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the tear secretion between two groups(P>0.05);after 3 months of removal of indwelling U-shaped tube,the tear secretion of two groups were less than those before treatment,and that of the study group was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the tear film rupture time between two groups before treatment and after 3 months of removal of indwelling U-shaped tube(P>0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Ointment combined with U-shaped catheterization of lacrimal passage in the treatment of patients with upper lacrimal duct obstruction is significant,which can reduce the amount of tear secretion and the incidence of complications is low.关键词
