Abstract
Objective:To explore the changes of serum β-human choionic gonadotophin(β-hCG),estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)levels at different stages of pregnancy.Method:A total of 120 healthy pregnant women who received prenatal examination in Zhongxin Guangzhou Knowledge City Hospital from January to October 2022 were selected for the study,and 40 healthy non-pregnant women who received physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected.The 120 healthy pregnant women were selected as pregnancy group,and they were divided into early pregnancy group(n=28),middle pregnancy group(n=58)and late pregnancy group(n=34)according to different stages of pregnancy,non-pregnant healthy subjects in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group(n=40).Venous blood was taken when four groups enrolled,the levels of serum hCG,E2,P and FSH were measured by chemiluminescence method,and the results of each group were compared.Result:The levels of serum β-hCG,E2 and P in the pregnancy group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the level of FSH was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum β-hCG and FSH in the early pregnancy group were significantly higher than those in the middle pregnancy group and the late pregnancy group,and the levels of E2 and P were significantly lower than those in the middle pregnancy group and the late pregnancy group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the level of serum β-hCG in the middle pregnancy group was significantly higher than that in the late pregnancy group,while the level of P was significantly lower than that in the late pregnancy group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the levels of serum E2 and FSH between the the middle pregnancy group and the late pregnancy group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The levels of serum HCG,E2,P and other hormones in pregnant women will be significantly abnormal,and the abnormal fluctuation range will be different in different pregnancy periods,the clinical should dynamically detect the serum hormone levels according to the actual situation of pregnant women to evaluate their pregnancy health.关键词
