摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application value of mycoplasma immunoglobulin M antibody(MP-IgM),25-hydroxyvitamin D(25-OH-VD)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).Method:The medical records of 200 children with MPP who admitted to the Department of Clinical Laboratory of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from February 2023 to February 2024 and the physical examination reports of 100 healthy children without organic diseases and without acute infection in the past one month were retrospectively analyzed. The 200 children with MPP were selected as MPP group,120 children with severe MPP were included in group A,80 children with mild MPP were included in group B,and the 100 healthy children were included in control group.Venous blood of all children were collected to detect the levels of serum MP-IgM,25-OH-VD and IL-6,the levels of serum MP-IgM,IL-6 and 25-OH-VD in group A,group B and the control group were compared, and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the application value of the above indexes in the clinical diagnosis of MPP severity.Result:Compared with the control group, the levels of MP-IgM and IL-6 in group A and group B were higher, and the levels of 25-OH-VD were lower, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with group B,the levels of MP-IgM and IL-6 in group A were higher, and the level of 25-OH-VD was lower, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The area under the ROC curve(AUC)of serum MP-IgM,IL-6 and 25-OH-D levels in the diagnosis of mild and severe children were 0.737,0.772 and 0.905,respectively.Conclusion:The levels of serum MP-IgM and IL-6 in children with MPP are increased significantly, while the level of serum 25-OH-VD is decreased significantly, the above serum indicators can reflect the severity of disease, and the diagnostic value of 25-OH-VD is the highest.关键词
