Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of fine intervention in wound nursing of severe diabetes foot.Method:A total of 80 patients with severe diabetes foot who admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the principle of randomization,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing during hospitalization,and the observation group was given fine intervention during hospitalization.The clinical indexes,blood glucose indexes,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Result:The wound healing time of the observation group was earlier than that of the control group,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score was lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in two groups were decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of physiological function,psychological function,role and physical function in two groups were increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fine intervention can promote the severe diabetes foot patients'wound healing,relieve pain,reduce blood glucose levels,and improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction.关键词
