Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of clinical nursing pathway combined with personalized nursing plan on patients with gastrointestinal polyps treated with digestive endoscopy.Method:A total of 104 patients with gastrointestinal polyps who underwent endoscopy in Xiamen Haicang Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group(routine nursing intervention,n=52)and the study group(clinical nursing pathway combined with personalized nursing plan on the basis of the control group,n=52)according to the difference of nursing plan,the clinical cooperation degree,clinical indicators,life weight and complications of two groups were compared.Result:The anesthesia coordination degree,gastrointestinal preparation coordination degree and intraoperative coordination degree of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the first defecation time,first exhaust time,pain stop time,recovery time of bowel sounds and length of hospitalization were better than those of the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nursing pathway combined with personalized nursing plan on patients with gastrointestinal polyps treated with digestive endoscopy can effectively improve clinical cooperation degree,shorten the postoperative recovery time,improve the quality of life,and prevent complications.关键词
