Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of conventional breast conserving surgery and plastic breast conserving surgery for early breast cancer.Method:A total of 160 patients with early breast cancer who were admitted to Liaoning Cancer Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the observation objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional breast conserving surgery,and the observation group was treated with plastic breast conserving surgery.The perioperative situation,plastic effects and complications of the two groups were compared.Result:The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume were less than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of plastic surgery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For early breast cancer,plastic breast conserving surgery has better clinical effect,which can significantly improve the effect of plastic surgery and reduce the incidence of complications.Although the operation time is longer,but the intraoperative blood loss is less,and the postoperative hospital stay is shorter,and the overall surgical effect is better than that of conventional breast conserving surgery.关键词
