Abstract
Objective:To observe the application effect of laparoscopic surgery on pregnancy complicated with adnexal mass.Method:From September 2018 to September 2023,a total of 48 pregnant patients complicated with accessory mass were selected from Junan County People's Hospital,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 24 cases in each group.The observation group received laparoscopic surgery,while the control group received traditional open surgery.The surgical indicators,the preoperative and postoperative circulation indicators,the pregnancy outcomes and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the postoperative exhaust time and the time of getting out of bed were significantly earlier than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in preoperative circulation indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after operation,heart rate(HR)in observation group was lower than control group,mean arterial pressure(MAP)and oxyhemoglobin saturation(SpO2)were higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative follow-up showed that no preterm birth or abortion occurred in both groups.There were no significant differences in gestational week,birth weight,birth length and 5 min Apgar score of the newborns between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients with pregnancy complicated with adnexal mass underwent laparoscopic surgery has a rapid postoperative recovery,which is conducive to maintaining stable circulation indicators,good pregnancy outcome,and reducing the risk of complications.关键词
