Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Acetylcysteine(AC)atomization combined with Roxithromycin Dispersible Tablets on children with severe Mycoplasma pneumonia(MP).Method:The clinical data of 82 children with severe MP who treated in the First Hospital of Putian City from May 2022 to September 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,they were divided into control group(Roxithromycin Dispersible Tablets,41 cases)and observation group(AC atomization combined with Roxithromycin Dispersible Tablets,41 cases)according to different treatment methods.The improvement times of clinical symptoms,blood gas indicators indexes,immune indexes,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the improvement times of cough,sore throat,fatigue and fever in the observation group were earlier than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)and saturation of blood oxygen(SaO2)in the two groups were increased compared with those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and procalcitonin(PCT)in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:AC atomization combined with Roxithromycin Dispersible Tablets in children with severe MP can significantly shorten the improvement times of clinical symptoms,quickly regulate blood gas indexes and inflammatory factor levels,improve body's immunity,and do not increase adverse reactions..关键词
