Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of liquid nitrogen cryopreservation combined with external Interferon Gel in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum of vulva.Method:A total of 82 patients with condyloma acuminatum of vulva admitted to the Department of Dermatology and Venereology of Putian 95 Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number method,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with CO2 laser under local anesthesia,and the observation group was treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy.After the first treatment,the two groups were externally applied with Interferon Gel.The cure rate,wound healing status,quality of life,adverse reactions,and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Result:After 30 d of treatment,the cure rate of the observation group(80.49% )was higher than that of the control group(58.54% ),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The area of skin damage in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,and the time of wound scabbing and healing were earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the scores of GQOLI-74 in all dimensions were increased in both groups,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After the follow-up period of 6 months,the recurrence rate of the observation group(6.06% )was lower than that of the control group(29.17% ),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liquid nitrogen cryopreservation combined with external Interferon Gel in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum of vulva is helpful to improve the cure rate,reduce the area of skin damage,shorten the time of wound scab formation and healing,reduce the recurrence rate,improve the quality of life,and do not increase the adverse reactions.关键词
