Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of acupuncture treatment for motor function and life quality of patients with craniocerebral injury.Method:A total of 128 patients with craniocerebral injury in Jian'ou Municipal Hospital from March 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups by the random number table,64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment for craniocerebral injury.The observation group was treated with acupuncture treatment on the basic of the control group.The therapeutic effect,motor function[Brunnstrom stages,Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA scale)]and life quality[quality of life after traumatic injury(QOLIBRI scale)]before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,Brunnstrom stage,FMA scale score and the first part of the QOLIBRI scale scores in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,the second part of the QOLIBRI scale scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the second part of the QOLIBRI scale scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of acupuncture treatment in the patients with craniocerebral injury is better,and it can significantly improve the motor function and life quality of patients.关键词
