Abstract
Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is a common degenerative lumbar disease,and its pathogenesis is closely related to lumbar disc degeneration,deformation,rupture of annulus fibrosus and changes in nucleus pulposus,as well as irritation nerves.Clinical manifestations are limited activity,lumbar and leg pain,lower limb numbness or accompanied by radiating pain.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that LDH belongs to the category of"lumbago",the internal cause of disease is mainly due to the insufficiency of liver and kidney,resulting in dysfunction of internal organs,tendons and collaterals dystrophy;and the externally cause of disease is mainly the lumbar region is injured by chronic strains or violence,qi and blood stagnation,and the pain is caused by not passing,coupled with the resurgence of wind,cold,dampness,and condensation of meridians and channels,meridians and channels paralysis and blockade and lead to the occurrence of disease,LDH with cold-damp paralysis type is more common in clinical.Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of LDH with cold-damp paralysis type is very extensive and has positive significance.This article reviewed the relevant literature in recent years,aiming to summarize the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of LDH with cold-damp paralysis type.关键词
