中西医结合联合疗法在Hp根除治疗中的研究进展
Research Progress of Combined Therapy of Integrated of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Hp Eradication Therapy
摘要
Abstract
Bismuth quadruple regimen is the first-line treatment recommended by the current guidelines,however,as the resistance of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)to antibiotics gradually increases,and bismuth quadruple regimen is prone to produce a series of adverse reactions,resulting in a decline in eradication rate.In 2022 China Helicobacter Pylori Infection Treatment Guidelines,it is recommended to use a combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in areas with low eradication rate of bismuth quadruple regimen or patients with refractory Hp infection.This paper summarized the efficacy and safety of combined therapy of integrated of traditional Chinese and western medicine in Hp eradication therapy by means of literature search,it is found that the combined therapy of integrated of traditional Chinese and western medicine can be used as a safe and effective treatment for Hp.关键词
