Abstract
Idiopathic inflammatory myopathy(IIM)is a group of acquired autoimmune diseases characterized by skeletal muscle involvement,including multiple subtypes,numerous complications,and involving multiple organs and systems.At present,glucocorticoids and immunosuppressor are still the main clinical treatment,but the therapeutic effect of simply using western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine is not satisfactory.In recent years,the treatment of IIM with the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment has achieved certain efficacy,and gradually receives clinical attention.This article discusses the research on IIM in modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,and reviews the progress of IIM treated by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment in recent years.关键词
