Abstract
Infantile anorexia refers to the phenomenon of loss of appetite or refusal to eat during the growth and development of children,long-term existence will lead to weight loss,malnutrition,impaired growth and development of a disease.With the increasing number of newborns in China,the number of infantile anorexia is also increasing year by year.At present,the researches on the pathogenesis of infantile anorexia mainly focuses on gastrointestinal motility deficiency,intestinal flora imbalance,feeding center dysfunction,decreased digestive enzyme activity and inflammatory response.According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,"deficiency of spleen and stomach Qi"and"obstruction by dampness"are the key pathogenesis of infantile anorexia.Therefore,clinical treatment of infantile anorexia is often carried out with traditional Chinese medicines or massage techniques that benefit Qi and strengthen spleen,resolve dampness and neutralise middle.This paper summarized the relevant literatures at home and abroad,one by one and systematically expounded the pathogenesis of infantile anorexia,and more comprehensively summarized the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine,compound or massage in regulating infantile anorexia.In view of the pathogenesis of infantile anorexia,combined with the regulation of traditional medicine,this paper focused on the systematic treatment of infantile anorexia,in order to provide new ideas for the in-depth study of infantile anorexia and the development of related drugs.关键词
