Fbxw7蛋白在DLBCL中表达及临床意义研究
The Expression and Clinical Significance of Fbxw7 Protein in DLBCL
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the expression and clinical significance of Fbxw7 protein in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL).Method:Clinical datas of 65 patients with DLBCL and 65 patients with reactive lymph node hyperplasia admitted to Yundong Hospital Affiliated to Qiannan College of Ethnic Medicine from January 2022 to January 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.DLBCL patients were set as observation group,and those with reactive lymph node hyperplasia were set as control group.Pathological samples were collected for immunohistochemical detection.Fbxw7 protein expression was compared between the two groups and the changes of Fbxw7 protein expression in different clinical characteristics were analyzed.Result:The positive expression rate of Fbxw7 protein in the observation group was 47.69%,which was lower than that in the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The tumor stage of Fbxw7 positive group was Ⅲ～Ⅳ,the degree of differentiation was lower,and the proportion of lymph node metastasis was lower than that of negative group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fbxw7 protein is in a low expression state in DLBCL,and its low expression can promote tumor progression,resulting in high disease stage,low differentiation,and easy to be accompanied by lymph node metastasis.Therefore,clear expression of Fbxw7 protein can provide a new direction for disease treatment.关键词
