Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of Jianpi Shengxue tablets and dextroanhydride iron tablets on the improvement of symptoms of iron deficiency anemia(IDA)during pregnancy,iron metabolism parameters and red blood cell parameters.Method:A total of 309 pregnant women with IDA who underwent prenatal examination in Qingshan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Wuhan city from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=154)and observation group(n=155)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with dextran iron tablets,while the observation group was treated with Jianpi Shengxue tablets.The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome,clinical efficacy,iron metabolism parameters,clinical symptom score and erythrocyte parameters were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group was 3.23%,which was lower than that in control group(14.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 92.26%,which was higher than that of control group(79.87%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum ferritin(SF),serum iron(SI)and transferrin saturation(TSAT)levels of both groups were increased,and the SF,SI and TSAT levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of mental fatigue,palpidity chest tightness and pale face were decreased in both groups,and the scores of mental fatigue,palpidity chest tightness and pale face in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,red blood cell count(RBC),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH),increased and the observation group were higher than control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with dextrose-anhydride iron tablet,Jianpi Shengxue tablet has significant clinical efficacy in IDA treatment,which can improve pregnancy outcome,increase erythrocyte development,alleviate clinical symptoms and restore iron metabolism.关键词
