加味瓜蒌散联合毫火针治疗带状疱疹的临床效果
Clinical Efficacy of Modified Gualou Powder Combined with Milli-Fire Needling in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of modified Gualou powder combined with milli-fire needling in the treatment of herpes zoster(HZ).Method:A total of 121 HZ patients admitted to Zhuhai People's Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the patients'wishes,59 cases were randomly divided into group A,and 62 cases were randomly divided into group B.The basic treatment was conventional Western medicine treatment of oral valaciclovir hydrochloride tablets plus mecobalamine tablets.The group A was given modified Gualsanthis powder combined with fireneedle treatment on basic treatment,while group B was given red light irradiation treatment on basic treatment.The skin rash,pain(Visual Analog Score)and sleep quality(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale)were observed in the two groups.Result:The time of vesiculation,scab formation and scab removal in group A were shorter than those in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Improvement of the scores of Visual Analogue Scale scoring method and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale in group A was better than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Gualou powder combined with milli-fire needling in the treatment of herpes zoster can quickly reduce skin symptoms,relieve acute pain,improve sleep quality,and have good clinical efficacy.关键词
